How many licensed electricians does it take to change a light bulb? In Michigan, apparently the answer is at least one. Seeing as I am not a licensed electrician and subsequently am deemed unqualified to change light bulbs for a living, I will not be using this domain name, or our friendly mascot BOB (BurnerOutBulb).
